1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or engaging Adam SEO for SEO services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable engagement letter or proposal we provide.

2. Services we provide

Adam SEO provides digital marketing services including:

  • Local SEO
  • E-commerce SEO
  • AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO)
  • Technical SEO and audits
  • Conversion rate optimization (as part of SEO retainers)

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are set out in the proposal or engagement letter signed at the start of the retainer.

3. Pricing and payment

Standard retainers start at RM 2,500 per month. Final pricing depends on the scope agreed after the discovery audit. Invoices are issued monthly in advance and payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Engagement term and cancellation

Retainers typically begin with an initial three-month commitment, which is the realistic minimum window for SEO to demonstrate movement. After the initial term, retainers run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

5. Realistic expectations and no rankings guarantee

SEO is a long-term strategy. Results compound over months, not weeks. We do not guarantee any specific keyword ranking, traffic level, or revenue outcome. Any agency that does so is misleading you. We do guarantee process: a transparent framework, honest reporting, and steady work against your agreed scope.

6. Your responsibilities

To enable the work, you agree to:

  • Provide access to analytics, Search Console, and your website as needed
  • Respond to requests for input within reasonable timeframes
  • Provide accurate information about your business and offers
  • Pay invoices in line with the agreed schedule

7. Intellectual property

Work product we create for you (content, on-page optimisation, schema, recommendations) becomes yours upon full payment. Our internal frameworks, processes, and templates remain our property. We retain the right to reference the engagement in case studies unless you ask us not to.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam SEO's liability for any claim arising from the engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver the services agreed. We sign NDAs on request.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur unless we both agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to engagements entered after the update; existing engagements are governed by the terms in effect when signed.
